Webafrica....talk to the bot!

It takes 48 hours of waiting for the Whatsapp bot to connect you to a living breathing person! Ordered it 2 weeks ago. Rain delivers within 48 hours! Received the rooter last week Waited for instructions to connect.... Took 48 hours on WhatsApp for human to say Openserve cancelled the installation. What?? But within minutes received sms that it was active and could be connected. Now the issue is the incorrect coupling for the fibre...😬 Going to try to cancel and go to Rain!
