WebAfrica's ********* and Desperate Business Practises. Deal with them at your own peril!

Let me summarise the matter as follows: * I had used my referral code for an application for a friend; * Instead of processing an application for my friend, they processed an application for me, and later on for my friend as well; * I brought this to their attention via their Whatsapp support and eventually their support accepted to cancel the APPLICATION. * Later that month I was billed for a CONTRACT that never existed. I again contacted their support department and also visited their offices to clarify the matter; * The incompetence of WebAfrica is astounding; not only did they not have someone on hand at their offices who could attend to the matter, but also the person whom they let me speak to on the phone indicated that they would resolve the issue and revert to me that very day. Needless to say…I’m still waiting for the call...8 months later. * Since then, WebAfrica has been trying to execute a debit order against my account for monies not due. They used my bank account details and a debit order in respect of a previous account that I had with them (a very long time ago) without my authorisation, to try to extract money from my account. * I’ve been in touch with their support department (WhatsApp)on numerous occasions to attempt to resolve this matter. * I’ve been given undertakings on more than one occasion that the matter has been resolved, yet they try to execute a debit order. * What I find mind boggling is the fact that they now want to claim monies in respect of the cancellation of the CONTRACT in terms of a clawback clause to recover costs for installation and alleged supply of a router. * They NEVER supp**** me with a router nor did they install a fibre line, since I had been with Vox Telecom since 2018 already! * This is such an ********* and desperate business practise that it is hard to comprehend what drives them to these lengths to openly try to **** people out of their hard earned cash. * They have now decided to list me with the Credit Bureau. * They further insist that I must return the router which they never ever delivered to me! What ************!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY APPEAR TO BE A BUNCH OF ************! OR DEAL WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN PERIL!
