Webafrica's the Worst ISP out there!!!!

I have been with ISP Webafrica since 2020 after migrating from Mweb. Webafrica is currently the worst ISP I have ever come across. On Thursday 2 June 2022 I downgraded my internet line from 100mbps to 40mbps. No monies were deducted from my banking account. After numerous Willie-bot moment and waiting for nearly 2 hours I eventually spoke to an agent Kwanele and he assured me that I need not do anything as my account will be reinstated. Since that date I spoke to Thapelo and Lindokuhle this morning (6 June 2022) who stated that my internet line is under ***** status. Why? I just wanted my internet back at a lower speed? I have been on hold waiting for agents hours on end. How can Webafrica run such an impersonal service at the clients expense. Mweb at least have call agents to deal clients on their end. Anyone reading this - PLEASE CANCEL YOUR WEBAFRICA ISP AND SIGN UP TO ANY (YES) ANY OTHER ISP PROVIDER. This service isnt worth you money.
