WebAfrica’s support sucks!

Hi, it’s Thursday 2 March and I’ve been on webafrica’s “Live chat” for over an hour. I’ve been dropped off their chat queue three times. I eventually got connected to a live agent who confirmed what I told them at the start, that I’ve moved to a new address, my fibre connection has been installed at the new address, my router is plugged into the fibre ONT all that is required is for WebAfrica to get me connected to the internet. WebAfrica’s support is hopeless!
