Webafrica's SIM unlock service sucks

Wow. Just when I thought they provide the best service because of a reasonable price, this business also left me unconnected to the internet for almost a week now. I had countless chats with four agents on the WhatsApp account. All of them have me different versions about relocating the router. Why does it take so long to unlock a SIM when I arrive in a new location? This is horrible. I hope they respond to this review.
