WebAfrica's services is shocking!

I have been a client of Webafrica for a number of years. I have been trying to contact them on their BOT (as there is no number to call) but it seems they are not interested to assist. I had to give them all my details and then an agent introduces him/herself and asks how they can help. I type the query, they take a while, asks more questions and takes their time to answer. As I need to work, I go on with other work for a while, and when I come back to the chat, they have closed the chat (within a few minutes) and nothing is done with my query. I have asked that someone contacts me but no reply on that question. WebAfrica is obviously not interested in helping their customers which means I will be looking for an alternative service provider who actually wants business.
