WebAfrica's service is Poor/Terrible

I’ve had an absolutely awful experience with Web Africa. I’ve spoken to multiple agents, and none have been helpful. Instead of resolving my issue, they keep transferring me from one agent to another, only to have each one ask me to confirm my identity and then send me back to an automated system. There’s no working contact number, and to make matters worse, they’re refusing to cancel my policy. I deeply regret signing up for their fibre service, and I want it canceled immediately. I even reached out to Vuma for help, but they informed me that Web Africa is the only one who can handle it. This is beyond frustrating, and I would never recommend their service to anyone. I’m thoroughly disappointed.
