Webafrica's service is a Joke

Been struggling with Webafrica for 2 weeks now I had to land up phoning the courier because the *****ed up on the address to have the courier phone them to change the address because Webafrica's Staff told me it was sorted the day prior and when i checked the next day the parcel was just sitting there when you ask to speak to someone about complaints they tell you theirs no complaints department you must send a email? it amazes me they can tell all these jokes while you hold however the biggest joke is there service, oh PS whats the Use i get my LTE router and sim and its not active do you have a clever joke for your service or should i rather say lack there of ???
