WebAfrica's service

I have been with Webafrica for many years and was always very happy with the price and the internet and service, but they are certainly going to have to improve their service if they don't want to lose major business. The online bot service is rather hopeless and the time one waits to be connected to a live chat is totally unacceptable!!! One can wait hours before getting helped. If you call in, you can also expect to wait for a very long time!!.... Seriously thinking of changing from Webafrica as they are just not up to scratch and their are many other services that beat them hands down. Only reason I have not changed yet is because I didnt want the hassle, but the hassle of changing is not looking so bad for me anymore.....pick yourselves up guys...you are going down fast!!!
