WEBAFRICA'S PROVISIONING DEPARTMENT IS SHOCKING

Webafrica's whatsapp page is answered fairly quickly BUT if the agents need to transfer you to their Provisioning Department, which is apparently the department where you are transferred to for connectivity issues etc. DON'T expect any prompt response. I have been waiting for them to get back to me since 8.28am this morning...it is now 8 hours and 5 min of waiting. That is appalling service ...so don't have connectivity issues because you not going to get help
