WEBAFRICA's Pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service!!! Whatsapp support service number is a complete waste of time and when try calling them, you sit forever on the telephone line trying to get hold of someone. They eventually give you an option for call back only to be put back in the front que when you select call back.... they absolutely hopeless. So you sit days without internet you already paid for. ICASA should at the very least force ISP's to rebate customers when they without internet because at the moment they do care since they not loosing money.
