WEBAFRICA'S NON-EXISTANT SUPPORT SERVICE HIDES BEHIND TECHNOLOGY

This company has the most appalling customer support serve ever! Correction... there is no customer support!

After multiple attempts on Whatsapp and direct dialling, I am no closer to resolving my query on my fibre upgrade or being able to cancel my service with them. Neither contact channels responds for anything up to an hour or more of waiting. Whatsapp just sits there like the bot it is and the telephone line eventually cuts off.
