Webafrica's non-existant customer service

WebAfrica's customer service is atrocious! I app**** for the MTN LTE fixed mobile offer. They debited my account before the RICA process was complete. The rejected my RICA documents and now I'm struggling to get them to cancel the order and refund my money. Their call centre cuts me off mid-call and they recommend their whatsapp line but they never respond on the whatsapp line. Unless they find better CMS I would not recommend them to anyone. If they're not being ********** then it's gross incomitance. It's inconceivable.
