Webafrica's customer service is worse than home affairs... periodt.

Most teriible service. I have been without connection for the past 24 days and counting. I concede that it is my fault to have not terminated my contract yet, but none the less Webafrica's service is very appalling. They claim to have wait times of 5 minutes on Whatsapp, however, you would be lucky if they attend to you on the exact day that you initiate your complaint
