Webafrica’s customer service is non existent!

Webafrica’s customer service is terrible. They don’t have a line that you can call to speak to someone. All you can do is chat to either a bot or if you are willing to wait to an actual human agent. Today I initiated a chat requesting to chat to an agent at 10:30am. It’s is now 10hrs later and I still haven’t heard from anyone. What sort of service level agreements to they abide by?
