I’ve paid for my internet and I’m just now receiving the ****ing service I paid for

I’m being transferred from one WhatsApp agent to ****ing nother, when requesting to be called telephonically these people become aggressive and fail to assist.

It’s been 2 weeks trying to use their ****ing service
