Webafrica's BAD service

Just when i thought customer service cannot get any worse, i meet webafrica!

i don't even know where to actually start on this without saying the worst things i can possibly think of.

These are the people i've been dealing with since i started logging my issue on 1 March 2024. 1. Fazlin Wassung 2. Zubair E 3. Molly M 4. Thaaqib J 5. Lihle S 6. Lauren-Lee Z 7. Winnie M 8. Sikho B

Yet i get the same "robot" like response from all of them, i am 100% convinced you have a book with all the responses you can give customers in front of you and you pick & choose which excuse to use on that day.

I have done my part, and SERIOUSLY regret ever choosing you as a SP. You have been nothing but a disgusting experience so far.

Now, where my issue comes in is, i work from home, and clearly you cannot grasp what that means. Now to explain this as basic as i can... 1. i work from home 2. that means what? yes your right, this is my OFFICE 3. no internet means? yes, well done, you got it right again, no work can be done 4. I have to go out of my way now, to hotspot from my phone and use a huge amount of data just to struggle through every day 5. now, and this is where it boggles my mind, the same excuse is there isn't any routers and you are waiting for stock - what a load of BS 6. Now one thing you need to understand, is i am an expert in the SCM industry, and if you've EVER heard of customer service, what should happen in that case is the following: - ok Mr Loubser, we don't have any routers, BUT since we want your experience to be good, let us send you a loan router in the meantime while you wait for our pathetic processes to be streamlined until we get your router to you

Now, no one can give me a time/date when my router will be delivered. I have started this process prior to me moving into my new place, JUST to give you give enough time to get everything sorted. i've been in my new place for 2 weeks now

If anyone sees this and wants to figure out if you should go with webafrica, i would advise you to look the other way and find someone else. It will be better for your health.
