WEBAFRICA's Bad Service

I moved into a new house and requested a new fiber line at the house on the 6th of February, I mad a payment and up until today I still don't have the line installed at my new house. I have requested feedback time and time again and always get the answer there is already a line installed at the house to which I reply yes its for my tenant , I want one for the house , now they tell me that I need to send them proof that I live at the house so the line can be canceled.
