WebAfrica's Bad Service

The worse service i've ever experienced!!! They have billed us for an LTE package that we cancelled and they billing us for a Fibre package that is not even installed on our business premises

To top it all off the Call Centre does not allow us to speak to Management We have it in writing via email and whatsapp that our account has been cancelled & closed and they still debiting our business account

Totally shocking on how they are running their business!!!!!!!
