I app**** for fibre with this pathetic company and they have been giving hassles since day one. Firstly they give me options of paying via debit order or by any pnp outlet or checkers and don’t tell me what the bens and cons are of either of the options so paying at pnp is only giving you 28days of fibre and debit order 30 days at the same price. I struggled for 4 months to get them to switch me to a debit order they cant do it one month I went without wifi for a full month they still didn’t sort out the issue now they again used my address for another line now I cannot get wifi at all. They have no contact numbers at all you have to chat to them via watsapp the entire time and when their stupid agents don’t feel for your wmquery they transfer you to departments who can’t assist you I stayed on the watsapp line everyday from 7 in the month till 6 at night with no assistance everyday for 4 months this people is pathetic. Please do not use WEBAFRICA
