Webafrica's bad management

On the 14th of April 2021 i received an e-mail from Hilton Hoppie, legal debtors of Webafrica, to say that my account is being handed over due to no payment. My account was asked to be closed in e-mail writing on the 12th of December 2020, the 17th of December 2020 as well as in January 2021 and also via telephone. Webafrica did not respond to any of my requests. They just issued 'a ticket' but then come back and say 'ticket was closed' which in my vocabulary mean the issue was sorted ..well supposeably to be sorted.. They are negligent and incapable of being an honest and truthful service provider. They do not respond to customer requests. This shows bad management.
