Webafrica's Bad Jokes are better than their bad service.

The worst of the worst ever. If ever there was bad service this is it. You do not get a response from them ever, No follow up. No feedback. No explanation. The agent goes on a scheduled break while they are dealing with your query and you have to explain yourself to 10 people and still no answer. I am waiting 3 weeks for the delivery of a sim card. Only to get told almost a month later it was returned by the courier and need to restart the process.
