WebAfrica’s absolutely atrocious customer service

WebAfrica’s absolutely atrocious customer service is just too annoying and upsetting to describe. Getting an agent on a WhatsApp chat to type your query to takes forever via the bot. The agents are unable to assist with any query, the chats get dropped mid-query and the agents never follow up. You spend hours typing your details and issues into the chat and then they just vanish and you have to do it all over again. I am in the market for a professional service provider with properly trained agents who can assist when you have a problem. I have had it with WebAfrica. Communication with your service provider should not be such a misery.
