WebAfrica’s a joke !! Id never recommended them to anyone ever

This company’s customer service is the worst ! I spent a whole month trying to explain that my account was paid.

I was connected to my Wi-Fi and a link popped up taking me to someone else’s account where I paid my service thinking that this would go to my account , only to have it go to the previous tenants account .

I chased this up for 3 weeks before they told me that they can see the payment was made and will be investigated .

I Waited another two weeks only to be told that it was my mistake and I need to pay another month in advance to get connected.

I haven’t paid because I didn’t even get a service for the month that was paid and would never use this service again!!
