Webafrica/Octotel to be avoided in Rondebosch

Webafrica is always having outages due to Octotel doing maintenance in Rondebosch. This maintenance never seems to stop! I expect a refund for the service I do not receive! You phone sales and they answer in three rings but service never answers! Avoid at all costs.
