WEBAFRICAn't - Moerse letdown if you need technical assistance

Once you have a line problem, it is basically impossible to get a ticket raised. The only way to report the fault is to report it over whatsapp. You have to be at the line as they require information from the line. Although they are supposed to have this details on record. Then the wait starts, you have to follow up daily as webafrica will not carry through on their "call you back" promise. I am already 3 weeks with intermittend internet which they cannot resolve.
