WebAfrica/Frogfoot Pathetic Service

Good Morning I want to bring something under your attention - the service ive received is ... oh wait there WAS no service at all since day 1 i app**** to be a customer of WebAfrica/Frogfoot! The fact that you cannot contact Frogfoot directly makes it even more frustrating. Someone didnt and is still not doing rheir work! 5 to 7 working days turn around time for installation.... Frogfoot hasnt even contacted me and its 11 working days already since i contacted WebAfrica! I allready have a box that is installed,webafrica requested photos of the box and i have done that,but still noyhing.What more must i do to get a response.Customer service is definetely not on your priority list! Pathetic is all i can say!
