Webafrica/Frogfoot apathy

I have been waiting for more than 3 months for a fibre installation. There seems to be no communication between Webafrica and Frogfoot. Webafrica blames Frogfoot. Webafrica promised to escalate this with the Frogfoot brand manager on 4 August and I have still not had any contact from either of them.
