Webafrica/Bank app hacking

Please be careful when using Webafrica. I had a billing issue which was being handled by their WhatsApp support team. "Mandisa Kubase" to be exact, a technical support agent, requested a bank statement to review a debit order dispute. 24hrs later I get contacted by FNB's digital ***** team, stating that my online banking app is being tampered with and is now blocked. After contacting the bank, I tried messaging the support line to communicate to a manager within that space and was cut off, with no feedback.
