WebAfrica - ZERO support

I have spend day after day on the WebAfrica whatsapp service trying to get assistance. Waiting times, if any responds, ranges from a 10-15 minutes if you are very lucky to 24 hours.

Cumulatively I am guessing that I have spend no less than 5 working days over the past month with WebAfrica's support lines - all to no avail.

No agents seems to be aware of the previous agents activities, I am routinely transferred from one department to the next and back all the while making absolutely no progress on the issues reported.

Escalation just means you are ignored at a higher level.

WebAfrica really has become the Telkom of ISPs (although I doubt that Telkom was ever quite this bad).
