WebAfrica zero response - Agents unavailable

I have tried talking to customer support for 2days without any agents taking my chat.

I have a fibre package with WebAfrica which still isn't activated and no one who can give me answers as to why.

I am going to cancel this package if this is not fixed by Friday and you can come collect your own router.
