Webafrica: zero customer service!

The message I sent to Webafrica: I have been struggling with your service since day 3. A technician confirmed to me that the fiber to Apartment 39, Lynnwood Oord was working. That was the last time I received anything from you. I phoned numerous times and could not get through to you. Twice I received a message from Dawn Wing Couriers that the router has been delivered. We have not received any router from you whatsoever. A lady from Webafrica phoned me and promised she will get back to me. No response till today. I have since found another service provider who installed Internet within a week. Today I received notice that R944.03 have been debited to me for no service whatsoever. I spent a day and a half since yesterday to get help. I was literally transferred from one department to the other. I spent hours on their Whatsapp line. Still nothing. They are beyond pathetic. 1 star is 100% too high for Webafrica.
