WebAfrica - Your Worst Nightmare 😭

Hi everyone, just my experience with WebAfrica. I paid for the service and installation on the 22nd of June. I got the payment notification notice and after then there's been nothing else in terms of communication. When I reach out to customer services I'm left alone to hang on a chat. The other time I spoke to a rude service agent. Wrote a review hoping for someone to reach out and assist. Still nothing. I even mentioned to support that I'd write a review on Hello Peter, they were not phased.This service is bad. If you're looking for a good service and value for money it's definitely not Web Africa. I would have lot my job but thank God I had backed up service. Appalling I'd never recommend them to anyone else.
