Webafrica - Your Whatsapp support system SUCKS!!

Its impossible to get through to Webafrica. Their support system on whatsapp takes waaaay too long to get anything done.

Any form of communication with them is a major battle. I struggled with my initial order and a few times in the past 5 months I didn't have service, but the problem was that I couldn't get through to support whenever there was an issue. Their support system on Whatsapp logs a 'callback', which takes 2-4 days just to get back to you.

I'm fed up with the lack of service and will be moving on to another company. I have already cancelled my service!
