Webafrica, your support system suck!!!

Webafrica, your sales support sucks!!! I have been trying to resolve an issue for 4 days now. I have tried your WhatsApp line, which you tour as being faster, more affordable & "super easy", it takes longer to be put through to an agent via WhatsApp and then there are the interminable waits between each message! Your land-line is equally as difficult to get through on & I am still waiting for my call back, 3 hours later! Your electronic system does not give me the option that I am looking for, so that is of no help to me. I have emailed you on 2 different email addresses & both of those tell me that my ticket support has been closed, what is the point of having an email if I am not able to get a response! I have been a loyal customer to you for going on 8 years and I have had enough!!!! The irony is, I cannot even get through to your offices to close my account with you!!!!
