Webafrica your customer service is very bad. I'm beyond ****ed

I'm utterly disappointed in the service of webafrica. Firstly there customer service is extremely bad. First no replies on emails or WhatsApp. Then finally get connected to an agent only to be transferred 3 times until being cut of due to no activity. Then a agent phoned me then she tells me that she will phone me back I'm still waiting for her call. Then I get a agent called Fatihah who has a very disgusting attitude as if she is the owner of webafrica and like she is doing me a favour. Webafrica tou need to send your agents for training on customer service. She did even have the decency to apologise for her attitude and the company's incompetence. Very very disappointed. Webafrica please do better
