WebAfrica you are DISGUSTING

The most shocking service I have ever experienced!!! I signed a contract for an amount based on the price match I received from another provider. The amount was for R1050 a month, and now 4 months later I am being charged R1700 for the SAME FIBER LINE?!?!?! I have been trying to contact WebAfrica to rectify this, but no one can give me a proper explanation as to why this is? I will be contacting the consumer protection council in order to assist me with this matter, as no one from WebAfrica can give me proper answers!!
