Worst Service Provider I have ever been with…

We have been with them from Nov 2023 and has/have been without WiFi more than we had WiFi…

There is NO number you can call to speak to someone all communication on WhatsApp Chat with a Robot and hours/day later a call centre operator gets back to you, also only on WhatsApp Chat…

I work long ours and from home after hours and weekends and it keeps letting me down…

Two weeks in a row we had had three days after each other switching of at exactly the same time for 3 hours - Worst than Loadshedding…

Always switches of after there closing time for online help…

I was told if I cancel my subscription they will charge me this ridiculous amount - bit not refund me for time and money lost due to no WiFi, which I depend on…

I’m so frustrated and don’t know what to do…

Last weekends call out - Still waiting on someone to come out as per there mails and sms’s - I’m still waiting on them, and boom I’m off again 20:05…

Any advice on how I can get out of this service to get a better more reliable service…

Is sooooooo wish Amobia could cover this area - I never had one day of issues and I had a direct number to call if I ever did/would/could have a problem…
