Webafrica worst usp

I need some help, webafrica has been debating my account since November with no service, I called in last week and spoke to a consultant and advised about the situation. I have requested a complete refund, and stop on my debit order. Again the debited money out my account for LTE service tats not working. I'm not getting any joy from them and it like them *****ing my money. I will neva deal with such a company or ever recommend anyone to webafrica. It seems like no1 in the company is willing to assist. Very ****ed off.
