WebAfrica worst technical support team

WebAfrica has the worst technical support team. I am now waiting for 2 days to sort out my query, i have requested a call back, logged a call on support online, i complained on there twitter page and up to now i am still waiting for the agent that helped me 2 days ago to phone me back to get my query sorted. I won't recommend WebAfrica to anyone. It is mission impossible to get through to the technical support team and when you eventually do you still have to go through another battle to get your query sorted out.
