WebAfrica - Worst Support Service Since Moving to WhatsApp support

Webafrica has been the worst service provider available. They have numbers that don't work and your queries are redirected to a WhatsApp portal that takes forever to reply. I have had connection issues for the past 24 with no assistance. I phoned MetroFibre which is my fibre backend and received a response within 5 minutes to state that there is a issue with MetroFibre.
