Webafrica worst support ever

I signed up for Webafrica on 29/03/21 (metro Fibre @ 699). On the 9/04/21 webafrica advertises special of 29% (R499) off the same deal I just signed up for. I spoke to them to ask since i am still waiting for my router to be delivered can i change to the cheaper package and they said no i cant because i have already signed up. What happened to my cooling off period? why cant i cancel and take the new package?
