Webafrica Worst Service Yet

Waiting ages for some information and help to resolve a poor connection. Have done multiple speeds tests over South African and Internationally and the results was sad. Speed tests within Gauteng was perfect but once you test outwards towards Durban, Bloemfontein and Cape town the max you get is 4.36 Mbps while in Johannesburg you getting 212 Mbps. International tests was lower then 1 Mbps. Had multiple other friends from other ISP's test their connections without any issues. International connections form other ISP's range between 180-220 Mbps. Always trying to get you to test your side at home because it will never be a fault on their side right. Funny how logically if you have full connection speed in Gauteng but extremely poor connection speed outside Gauteng would be a result of a issue on my side....
