WebAfrica - Worst Service Provider of the Century

I experienced issues with eebafrica from day one. They installed a second hand device that had hiccups requiring that power the device on and off to get it to work. When I complained, the few times I managed to get hold of their hard to get hold of agents, they told me there was nothing wrong with my service. Even worse when I try to cancel their service via their website, they always say they'll transfer me to their cancelation department - this has been on going since December 1 and today is December 5. It looks like it's part of their strategy to do this hoping that customers will give up trying to cancel their services.
