WEBAFRICA worst service provider EVER!

one star is one too many.

I have been a client at Webafrica for about 5 or 6 years and have been happy with the service and was able to speak to someone when I have a problem and my issue was sorted in no time.

Then covid hit and your customer service went out the window. The pandemic is over, but still your total useless process does not work with ZERO support to your customers. I am by no means an IT expert and when communicated with it is assumed that I understand IT.

One cannot speak to anyone and must follow a Whatsapp communication system.

I will advise anyone to look for a provider with support and a provider willing to provide the service one pays for.
