WebAfrica, worst service provider ever!!!!

Absolutely terrible after sales/support service.

Logged a call on their whatsapp support service channel and only recieved a reply from a consultant almost 6 hours later.

Previously I had connection amd slow fibre problems so bad I wanted to cancel service. Only reason why I'm still with them is because of the 1 year, they don't tell you about when you sign up, waiting period before you can cancel.

When I requested they send a tech out to sort out slow internet, they informed me they don't have techs to do onsite call outs.

According to them they resolve issues over the phone, which was of no help as their consultants could not assist me!!!

Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy
