webafrica worst service provider ever

i have been with webafrica from the beginning. their service has been terrible from the start. i work from home and their connection problem has been a hazard to my business. i have spoken to various customer care agents namely Kgauhelo,Jarryd,Nyiko, some of these agents attitude stinks they never offered a solution to my problem neither did they provide any assistance all they did was log tickets and blame vumatel. until now my payments are up to date yet i receive no service or assistance from webafrica i don't recommend anyone using this service provider webafrica has lost me a lot of money and therefore my loyalty
