WEBAFRICA ,WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER

I wanted to sign up for a LTE service with this company. They charged me upfront 2 weeks ago and then kept emailing me saying my RICA docs is in correct even though i sent it multiple times. I then asked for a cancellation and refund , I sent whats app messages, instagram, I emailed as well because you cant get through to their call centre yet everyone keep telling me they will investigate! I have received a statement for a service I dont even have and I want my money back ASAP before I take legal action.
