Webafrica Worst service provider

Worst after sale service, no one cares about complaints. It's been a week now trying to get my issue resolved. No direct line, no customer care line, only Whatsapp which is very useless. Countless agents that knows nothing just transfer you to the next person. No after sale service at all, yet debit orders goes, no one cares about complaints. I need my fibre line up and running this is so so bad. Avoid using Webafrica as a vendor at all cost
