Webafrica worst service provider

I have been without internet since 25 November 2023, 7 days and counting. My son works from home, this is a disater. Webafrica's lack of communication, their complete disregard for their clients and their lack of customer service is appalling. The only way to communicate with them is via Whatsapp. A bot is available and it is no help at all. I have decided to cancel my service, but I cannot get hold of anyone to do that with. I would advice anyone not to use them.
